Mohd Elfie Nieshaem Juferi is a Muslim apologist and an award-winning Malay-language author. He wrote the book from which this site draws its case against Paul of Tarsus.
Early life and education
He was born in San Jose, California, in 1980. His schooling began in Penang, Malaysia, at Sri Inai Junior, and continued at SMK Abdullah Munshi. He went on to read Computer Science and Information Technology, and holds a bachelor’s degree from a private university.
Apologetics
He has written for many years on Islam and comparative religion, above all on Islam and Christianity. He co-founded Bismika Allahuma, a website on Islam and its encounter with other faiths, where much of his writing is collected and where readers come to learn and to debate. On his YouTube channel, The Muslim Apologist, he discusses Islam and Christianity and the questions Muslims face today.
He writes and speaks against movements that misrepresent Islam, in particular the Christian missionary-polemical movement and the apostasy campaigns of self-described “ex-Muslims”.
Writing and publishing
He is a Malay-language poet and writer of fiction with a long publication record and numerous literary awards. His books are published by Langgam Fikir, among them the book on which this site is based.
Work
He lives and works in Kuala Lumpur, where his training in computing serves his work in digital marketing and search engine optimisation.
