Apostle of Doom respects the copyright of others. If you believe that material on the site infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a notice to langgam.fikir@gmail.com with the following:
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
- the address of each page on this site where the material appears, and a description of the material;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the copyright or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
A notice that meets these requirements will be reviewed promptly. Where it is well founded, the material will be removed or access to it disabled, and the person who supplied it will be told.
Counter-notice
If material you supplied was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, or that you have the right to use the material, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Give your name, address and telephone number, identify the material and where it appeared, state in good faith why you believe it was removed in error, and sign the notice.
These procedures follow the notice-and-takedown process of the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and they serve equally for notices under Malaysia’s Copyright Act 1987.
